The one bolt has a coarse thread 1/4 x 20 for use with any 1/4 x 20 threaded hole on the fender.

This was used on many Harley model's from 1973 to rear fender seat bolt and cover kit this listing is for 1 brand new chrome fender seat bolt coarse thread,1 fine thread, 1 nylon washer and 1 cover as pictured.
The second bolt included is a fine thread 1/4 x 28.
The bolts are knurled around the side and have a domed top.
