It is a new frame, it was being produced by Daytec for Arlen Ness, it was in Daytec's inventory when they stopped production, Arlen Ness never took delivery. I think the neck has a 36 degree rake and I think he frame has a 6 inch stretch, I do not have the production paperwork, so I am assuming.
