The subframe is probably repairable but i'm leaving that up to you. One rear fender mount is drilled Crooked and comes out in front of the original hole check fourth photo. The subframe is going to need some work.

Should fit any 1987 Honda Cr motocross bike. May fit other model's as well but I don't know for sure. The tabs that engage into seat base are both broken.
