I do not have the manufacturer certificate of origin. Also, there is a mark on the head tube near lower triple clamp area. I purchased the bike in non-running condition after it suffered an engine failure. Notable areas include some minor grooves on the bottom of frame from chain.

Per the Honda part number 50010-K95-A60, this frame is a direct replacement for 2020 or 2021 CRF250R. I will also include a copy of the previous bill sale from when purchased it second owner.
